Wyoming Formation Consent*
There are many benefits to nonprofit formation in Wyoming including low maintenance, no corporate or personal income tax, limitation of liability, and privacy protection. The most important benefit to nonprofit formation of your Integrated Auxiliary in Wyoming is their Constitutional Protections clause found in Wyoming Statutes § 17-19-180; "If religious doctrine governing the affairs of a religious corporation is inconsistent with the provisions of this act on the same subject, the religious doctrine shall control to the extent required by the constitution of the United States or the constitution of this state or both."
